Roles and Responsibilities training program for Branch Customer Service Officers
(CSOs) and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
Roles and Responsibilities of
Branch CSOs and CSRs has been revised as part of Edcomm Banker?s Academy?s
commitment to providing the most up-to-date and pertinent financial services
information.
It is important for both CSOs and CSRs to understand their role at the bank in
