Lundi 25 mai, la boucle "Les Normands" sur les communes d Oissel, Grand-Couronne et Moulineaux était
officiellement inaugurée en présence de Laurent Fabius,
président de l Agglomération de Rouen, Thierry
Foucaud, Patrice Dupray, maire de Grand-Couronne, et
l adjoint au maire de Moulineaux, Maurice Haule,
Alain Le Carnec, Danielle Guégan, adjoints, et Francis
Egret, président du Rando Oissel club.
