Figures revealed by the
London Assembly
Conservatives today
have revealed that
22.
40% of offences
committed in Bexley
between April and
December 2006
resulted in a sanctioned detection following the offender
being apprehended by
the Metropolitan
Police Service.
The Metropolitan
Police Service has a
target to detect 20% of
all offences committed
during the 2006/07
financial year and during that period, police
within the Borough
detected 2,895 of
12,924 offences committed.
